Ingredients

lemon (organic) 1
Amaretto di Saronno 20 ml
Liefmans On The Rocks 120 ml
ice cubes

How-to

Step 1

Use a vegetable peeler and cut some nice zest (thin, flat strips from the outside of the peel) from the organic lemon. (Do you not have an organic one? Wash your lemon thoroughly). Keep these zestes aside and squeeze the lemon.

Step 2

Pour 20 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice and 20 ml Amaretto di Saronno together in a sturdy glass, stir and fill your glass with ice cubes. Top with 120 ml Liefmans On The Rocks.

Step 3

Garnish with a lemon zest and a straw.
